Who said non-alcoholic drinks had to be boring? Freshen up your refreshments with these fun-for-all party drinks! Whether you are throwing a backyard BBQ or hosting a book-club luncheon you can offer your guests beverages that are both fun to drink and healthful.

Raspberry Spritzer

Skip the sugar-laden sodas on hot and steamy days. Instead, try this refreshing and low-calorie alternative.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups seltzer
  • 2/3 cups frozen raspberries
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint
  • 3 ounces raspberry-flavored syrup
  • ice cubes

Directions:

      Combine seltzer, raspberries, mint and raspberry-flavored syrup in a small pitcher. Pour over ice.

Watermelon Slush

Combined fresh watermelon with antioxidant-rich pomegranate juice and ice to create this ruby-red summer slushie.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups seedless watermelon cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Watermelon wedge, for garnish

Directions:

      In blender, combine watermelon, pomegranate juice, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour into tall glass.

Lemon-Orange Fizz

Add some sparkle to your next party with this bubbly drink.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups orange seltzer
  • 2 tablespoons frozen lemonade
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Lemon wedge, for garnish

Directions:

      Combine seltzer, lemonade and lemon juice. Rub rim of 2 glasses with lemon wedge and dip in sugar. Fill glasses with ice and top with the seltzer mixture.
